Coaching
For almost twenty years, I’ve built my career in international education, starting in the classroom and later moving into leadership roles that pushed me to grow and guide others in their development. Leading teams and mentoring colleagues was incredibly rewarding, but it came at a cost. I often ended up taking on too much, trying to hold everything together, and giving so much of myself to work that I started to wonder who I was beyond my job.

Coaching changed that for me. Experiencing it firsthand gave me a practical way to understand my habits, recognize strengths I had been overlooking, and make choices that truly supported both my career and my life. I learned that coaching doesn’t just help people who feel stuck; it opens new possibilities for anyone who wants to grow beyond an already good life. It showed me how to create balance, focus my energy where it matters, and make decisions I could trust. I still work with my own coach to keep discovering new ways to grow, personally and professionally.

That experience inspired me to become a coach myself. Now, I help women in education find the same clarity and balance I found. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly heard and supported, and to help you uncover your potential, make confident choices, and create meaningful, lasting change. Following the standards and Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring professionalism, trust, and confidentiality to every conversation.

My mission
I believe in the ripple effect of empowered educators. When women in education are supported, they not only build stronger careers for themselves but also make a deeper impact on their students, colleagues, and communities.

My mission is to help women in education strengthen their resilience during times of imbalance and change, while uncovering the inner resources they need to navigate transformation. The goal is to create harmony between professional and personal life, so that each woman can feel grounded, purposeful, and confident in her choices.
My values
My coaching philosophy is grounded in core values that have shaped my own journey and now guide my work with professionals like you.
I value the preciousness of time and see each moment as an opportunity to grow and make an impact. I have experienced the power of authenticity and learned how essential it is to stay true to myself, even when the world expects conformity. These lessons have shown me the freedom that comes from living life on my own terms. Most importantly, I have discovered the strength of courage, the spark that drives us to take risks, move beyond our comfort zones, and intentionally shape the life we want. When courage is paired with honesty, both with ourselves and with others, it becomes the foundation for meaningful personal growth and lasting fulfillment.

These principles are not just abstract ideas. They guide how I live and are the insights I am passionate about sharing as you navigate your own journey of self-discovery and career development.
